“ I just wanted to put up a review on the quesa birria tacos. I looked and looked the other night for a good review of them before ordering and I didn't find one. Therefore I didn't order them. So I got brave today trusting the Ruby truck long history of not disappointing us , hardly ever and ordered the 3 pack of the quesa birria tacos with consumé. Let me tell you, the only reason I don't have a picture for you is because in order to tell if I wanted to review them or not I had to test them out. Well sorry folks I didn't want to stop eating them. They have taken the first place for me out of all the local places that I have been to. If you want a taco that's a little bit different but absolutely delicious try them. Throw on a little onion and cilantro with a little bit of all the salsas. Add a splash of lime and dip it in the soup then spend the next 5 min in MFHeaven that's Mexican Food Heaven. Thanks for reading I hope you enjoy as much as I did!!!
